Hey, I'm Dom
I'm a dance fitness coach based in Greensboro, NC, and I built this brand because I kept seeing the same woman sitting on the sidelines of her own life.
I blend hip-hop, ballet, and pop movement with real functional fitness so you build strength, confidence, and consistency without ever feeling like you're being punished.
No drill sergeant energy. No diet culture. Just movement that finally feels like you.
We party because joy is resistance. We move because movement is medicine. We dance because if you don't do your dance, then who will?
